East Hotel located in a residential neighborhood next to the MTR station Taikoo & big shopping mall City Plaza. It is very convenient to everything like foods, bar, MRT and very easy to get taxi any time. You can take A12 bus from airport to City Plaza, with just only about half the cost by airport express.
As soon as we stepped inside the lobby of East, we realized this isn’t an ordinary Hong Kong hotel. The staff are all wearing slouchy pants, long-sleeved shirts and black & white Converse Chuck Taylors, and they sit behind their macs to check guests in. It’s a paperless check-in, which sets the scene when you arrive for a hotel experience which strives to be as ecologically sensitive as possible. We arrived earlier than check in time but the staff checked us in early which is just what we need after a long connecting flight.[/ezcol_3fifth]

The room is quite spacious by Hong Kong standard with floor to ceiling windows offering incredible views of the harbour. There is something magical about gazing at the cityscape or a harbour view from the privacy of your hotel. Room is well equipped even with a free handy phone for usage. You can bring it out for navigation in the city, make free international calls or use it as a wifi router which makes the lives of us- the travellers much easier. Oh and not to mention, the Elemis shower amenities are wonderful.[/ezcol_3fifth]

The semi buffet breakfast at Feast was amazing, we’re still drooling over their dessert selection. The pool and gym were super nice. They also has a fabulous rooftop bar called SUGAR to unwind at at the end of a long day.[/ezcol_3fifth]
