Despite the hot and humid weather, my favorite method of exploring Hong Kong is to simply wander the city on foot. So many great (cheap) eats and small Tin Hau temples can be found in the back streets to which the open-decked tour buses won’t take you. All you need is getting a map, good walking shoes, cool outfit and an appetite for some dim sum.[/ezcol_3fifth]
