KENZO X H&M
If there’s one thing fashion enthusiasts always waiting for, it’s the release of a new H&M designer collaboration every year. It’s not every day that you can snag designer stuff for less, right?
This year H&M are collaborating with eclectic Parisian fashion house, Kenzo. As you’d expect in a style typical of the Creative Directors Carol Lim and Humberto Leon, it’s a riot of colour and print. Gypsy silhouette dresses were blown up in size, kimono jacket comes in playful floral print, there’s also a jumpsuit in green tiger stripes and flip-flops with bright colours. It sounds crazy, but in the Kenzo caucus, they looked right on point.
With a campaign shot by Jean-Paul Goude, featuring different celebrated personalities from fashion, music, arts and activism such as Ryuchi Sakamoto & Chloë Sevigny, the collaboration is certainly moving in a different direction to last year.
Mark November 3, 2016 on your calendars as this collaboration will most likely cause a shopping madness.
